Royal Tea Meals

The ultimate in luxury for those who want a unique Azorean gastronomic experience. Choose from the All Azores line, encompassing tasting moments from all of the Azorean islands or the Geothermal line, encompassing our years of experience of both geothermal cooking and produce. Royal Tea Meals are paired with the best of Azorean wines, teas and non-alcoholic drinks according to the wishes of the guests and we can accommodate food preferences and intolerances easily into these services.

These events mean you have exclusive access to the Chalet so that you get to learn about the processes and products from your local hostess who has years of experience of the local cuisine, our producers, the biology of the produce and the physics and chemistry of Furnas volcano.

Royal Tea Meals are served at 7PM and there is no fixed menu as we use the best of the seasonal produce that is available. Menus are formulated together with us to adapt them you your preferences which is why booking a minimum of 48 hours in advance is required. Prices are per person, min. 2 people.
